NOPD Seeking Missing Juvenile, Suspect in Fourth District Investigation

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile male reported to be missing in an incident reported in the Fourth District.

Three-year-old Damon Johnson III (pictured at left) was last seen by a relative on April 20, 2022, at about 4:01 p.m., when the child’s non-custodial parent took the child in violation of a temporary restraining order. The child was last observed wearing a gray shirt with a picture of a train on it, rust colored pants and black shoes.

Johnson is believed to be with his non-custodial father, Damon Johnson Jr. (pictured at right, black male, DOB: 08-28-1996), Johnson Jr. is currently wanted on charges of criminal damage to property, simple assault and violation of protective order.
