The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on October 13, 2019.
The above unknown black male was seen removing decorative Halloween decorations from the victim’s yard in the 3300 block of Napoleon Avenue on October 13, 2019 at about 7:55 p.m. and again on October 14 at about 1:32 a.m.
